Non-road emissions

The term 'Non-road emissions ' as it applies to the area of agriculture can be defined as ' Pollutants emitted by non-road engines and non-road vehicles, e.g., farm and construction equipment, gasoline-powered lawn and garden equipment, and power boats and outboard motors. The Clean Air Act, §213, provides that the Environmental Protection Agency can issue regulations to limit emissions from these sources'.
